3 Year No Quibble Warranty on own brand:

• Leaf Springs
• Shock Absorbers

12 Month No Quibble Warranty on own brand:

• Brake Calipers

• Carefully selected supply partners
• Products manufactured using only high-quality materials
• In House highly trained professional Product Engineers

Stats to support our quality:

• Own Brand Product Warranty Claims Run Rate : 0.5%

Warranty claims returned to Granning must be accompanied with:

• Original invoice number
• Warranty claim form
• Brief description of the fault details

T&Cs - No-Quibble Warranty:

• Credits will be processed under the No-Quibble warranty within 21 working days of receipt of the goods.
• Please note if a unit is returned without the required information this may delay the process of any credit due.
• Units will be inspected on receipt to confirm they were supplied by Granning Group and are Airsprings brand.
• If not Airsprings brand or the unit shows signs of misuse the credit will be refused or in the case of a brake caliper an offer will be made to credit only the usable core value where appropriate. If not usable the claim will be rejected.
• Granning will continue to perform all standard warranty inspection process in order to maintain internal quality audits and to support continuous improvement associated with our ISO9001 certification.
• Warranty is limited to credit or replacement of the returned unit and does not cover consequential claims including but not limited to labour, related parts or recovery.
